Maintenance of rentals and vacant properties. If you are unable to free up time to keep your
properties maintained, we will do it for you.

If the water at a site is turned off, we can water an average size lawn from a tank on one of our trucks.
This way your property looks nice for prospective buyers or renters.

ELECTRIC MOWING - this option is our Eco-Friendly offering towards maintaining your lawn.
We can use an electric mower on a property withing 100 feet from your outdoor electrical outlet.

                            A 10% discount for Military members and Veterans
